Prof. Francisco Moraes

Prof. Francisco Moraes de Oliveira Neto holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2002), a Master's degree in Transport Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2004), and a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville (2010). Postdoctoral internship at the Center for Transportation Systems Analysis Research (CTA - Center for Transportation Analysis) of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Oak Ridge National Laboratory, USA. He is currently Adjunct Professor at the Department of Transport Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) . Participates in collaborative research with the Research Group on Transport, Traffic and Environment of the Department of Transport Engineering at UFC - GTEMA/DET/UFC. He has professional and academic experience in Management and Simulation of Urban Traffic Systems, and in Operational Research. Interested in the following areas: Analysis of Transport Systems, with an emphasis on Modeling Cargo and Passenger Transport Networks, Behavioral Modeling and Spatial Analysis in Transport.
