Prof. Francisco Heber Lacerda de Oliveira holds a PhD in Transport Engineering from the Post-Graduate Program in Transport Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará. Adjunct Professor, Department of Transport Engineering, Federal University of Ceará. Affiliate Member in the American Society of Civil Engineers - ASCE. He has experience in Air Transport Planning, Operation, Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Airport Infrastructures, especially in the pavement of patios and runways.
