Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará - UFC. He has training as a technician in Buildings and a technician in Industrial Mechanics, both from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará - IFCE/Campus Fortaleza. He was a fellow at the Logistics and Infrastructure Networks Group (LRI/UFC); at the Applied Geomatics Laboratory (LAG/UFC) and at the Welding Research and Technology Laboratory (LPTS/UFC). He served as Project Director at Metal Soluções Jr.
